If you are unable to find availability on the desired date, please feel free to send me a direct message or text. There may be an opportunity to accommodate you, even if it is not reflected in the system.
Please note that pricing is provided as a general guide and may vary depending on additional services requested. These add-ons will help achieve your desired result. A final, tailored quote will be provided to you before we begin your service.
Cancellation Policy.
I understand that life can be unpredictable, but it is important that we respect each other’s time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the total service price.

No Show/Last Minute Cancellation Policy.
I understand that unexpected situations arise, but it is important to respect the time reserved for your appointment. In the event of a no-show or a cancellation made with little notice, the card on file may be charged 100% of the booked service price.
Please know that I understand each situation is unique, and I will consider individual circumstances when making adjustments.

Late Policy.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and occasional delays are inevitable. However, please keep in mind that late arrivals can impact not only the rest of our day but also the experience of clients scheduled after you.
5-10 Minutes Late: We will do our best to accommodate you within the available time. However, please note that this may result in a limited service (e.g., styling may not be possible).
15-20 Minutes Late: If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, we will need to reschedule your service. A cancellation fee will apply.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting both our time and the experience of all our clients.
Satisfaction Policy.
Your satisfaction is my top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your hair, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment. I will do my best to address any concerns and will require an in-person consultation to assess the situation.
We will work together to schedule a follow-up appointment as soon as possible to determine the best course of action to ensure you're completely satisfied.
Pre-Colour Service Preparation.
Kindly come with your hair prepped. Hair should be washed & dried 1-2 days prior to your colour appointment. This will ensure there is no excess oils or product residue that will lead to complications with colour/lightener.
